Traditional roast turkey with roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, sprouts, chipolata sausages wrapped in bacon and chestnut stuffing
Poached fillet of salmon with tiger prawn and herb mash and pink champagne cream sauce
Grilled rib eye steak with chunky chips, onion rings, grilled tomatoes and bernaise sauce
Baked asparagus, spinach, walnut and goats cheese strudel with a sweet red onion and Shiraz wine reduction, served with a watercress salad (V)
